A Newbury Comics exclusive colored vinyl pressing.
Originally self-released back in 1959 (in an edition of only 100 pieces), 'Blind Joe Death' was initially credited half to a fictitious character of the same name and half to his supposed acolyte (Fahey). While Fahey's conscious myth-making stirred some initial interest in the release, it's his mastery of a highly-idiosyncratic (for the times) style of acoustic folk and blues that continues to appeal more than 50 years later.
Our version of 'Blind Joe Death' is pressed on Half Black/Half White Split Vinyl in an edition of 500 pieces.
