If Only You Were Lonely is the second studio album from emo rock band Hawthorne Heights, following the major success of their debut album The Silence in Black and White, and is the final album to feature guitar player and vocalist Casey Calvert before his tragic death in 2007. Originally released in 2006, the album debuted at #1 on the Billboard Top Independent Albums chart and is now certified Gold.
