After releasing the successful album La Sexorcisto in 1992 Rob Zombie and his band's opinion was that it all could be a bit more rough. And so it happened. Follow-up album Astro-Creep 2000 from 1995 is much heavier than its predecessor, with a more industrial metal style and a darker sound as it deals with twisted poetry about murder, the undead, blasphemy and satanic elements.
