Kinky is the self-titled album by Mexican electro-pop band Kinky. It was released on March 26, 2002 on Nettwerk. The most popular song, Cornman, is part of the soundtrack for the PlayStation 3 video game LittleBigPlanet. Another of their songs, Más, is featured in the PS2 video game SSX 3

Kinky is a five member band from Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico formed in 1998. It consists of members Gilberto Cerezo, Ulises Lozano, Carlos Chairez, Omar Góngora, and Cesar Pliego. The band's music takes heavy influence from Latin music as well as rock, dance, and techno. They sing mostly in Spanish but some of their songs contain lyrics in English. They have been signed with Sonic360 Records since the release of their first studio album.
Their first album, called Kinky, was released in early 2002 and was a success in Latin America, and had some success in the U.S. Their 2nd single, titled Más, is nowadays their most known single all around the world.
"Más" was used in commercials for Nissan and the NBC Mexican mafia mini-series Kingpin. It was also featured in the video game SSX 3 and the movie Man on Fire, along with another song by Kinky, "Field Goal", and it is also featured in the Xbox game Crackdown. "Mas" was also used in an episode of NCIS, called "Shalom". It is in the opening scene, season 4, episode 1.
In 2002, they joined Cake, De La Soul, The Flaming Lips, Hackensaw Boys, and Modest Mouse on the Unlimited Sunshine Tour in the U.S.; also, the band appeared in the famous music festival Coachella.
In late-2003, the band released Atlas, their second studio album, the most alternative album of the band by far. Singles from Atlas included "Presidente", "Snapshot" and "La Hija del Caníbal".
In mid-2006 the band released Reina, in an attempt of returning to their electronic sound. Singles in the U.S. included "Sister Twisted" and "Uruapan Breaks"; in Mexico and Latin America, the song "A Dónde Van Los Muertos?" became a massive hit. Other Latin American singles have been León and Una Línea de Luz.
Their song, “We Are The Galaxy” is the official anthem for the Los Angeles Galaxy of Major League Soccer.
The song "Uruapan Breaks" was featured in the Showtime Series Dexter, and was included in the Soundtrack along with a reinterpretation of the series' Theme by Kinky.
The song "Cornman" was featured in the Playstation 3 exclusive LittleBigPlanet.
The song "Papel Volando" from the album "Barracuda" was featured in The CW Series "Gossip Girl", in the episode "There Might Be Blood" from the Second Season.
On 2009, Kinky produced some songs for Anahí's new album, "Mi Delirio" the first single from the upcoming album, was co-written by Gil, and produced by Kinky.
A cover of the song Little Boxes by Malvina Reynolds was featured during the opening credits of a third season episode of the Showtime program Weeds.
